So far, everything the brand claims has been spot on. I don’t use it daily yet, as my house is still under construction, but I’ve used it a few times and it’s been working perfectly. Although this is a 2023 model, which might be a concern for replacement parts in the future, the functionality is very straightforward — no rocket science needed. It’s definitely value for money.
I purchased it for ₹7,800 during a sale. The noise level is average, and the touch controls work smoothly. I’d like to highlight the support technician — he was extremely friendly and professional. I wasn’t even home during the installation, but he shared a complete video of the process and even covered the chimney after finishing up. Since I opted for a ductless setup, he also helped me with a compatible filter, which cost an additional ₹1,500.
Overall, it was a good buying experience. I had visited a local store earlier, and they didn’t speak highly of Hindware. But the installation technician was very confident about the brand and reassured me that it’s a solid product, and considering the price I paid, I agree it’s a great deal.
One important note: Amazon lists only the 2023 model. If you’re specifically looking for a 2025 model, I suggest buying from a physical store. Otherwise, you’ll most likely receive the 2023 version.

The chimney was superb.
The product received with nice packing. The product was good, it was not damaged. The technician came and completed the work just like that and he explained us about the functionality. The only thing i like is auto clean and touch sensor, without touching the chimney i can switch on and switch off.

We bought this chimney on 19th October and installed after 4-5 days. After 2-3 days the sensors and touch were not functioning. I marked a complain to customer care but no response has been received. We registered a complaint again, but no response has been received. After continuously complaining On 19th November the engineer came and said motherboard is not working it will take 7-8 days to get it done. After that no response as usual. I again called to customer care and asked them the status . On 4th December engineer came and said the motherboard is fine touchpad is not working I will get it done by tomorrow. He just leave the chimney on floor and hasn’t come. On 5th October I took a managers number from customer care they provided me the contact details but no action has been taken till day. It’s 12 December today. But neither they come nor they called about the chimney status. It’s the worst product of hind ware and pathetic service.

I brought this chimney after searching and checking lot of models. This chimney is within my budget and filterless. The installation guy came after two days of delivery and asked me to take aluminium duct pipe instead of plastic duct pipe supplied with the chimney which costed me ₹1200/- and installation charges ₹600/-. Installation was good and chimney looks great in the kitchen. Light given under chimney is little low and noise from chimney is high ( i don’t know other chimneys noise as this is my first). Cleaning is very easy and as it is filterless, maintenance is also easy.
