Once damaged please throw it into the scrap coz hindware won’t respond to your complaints, they don’t even have service (even for small issues)

Dont go to Hindwear, if u have any repair of your stove or chimney and if u raise tickets, your tickets will close automatically and you will get call after your warranty period completed. So you have to pay for parts and service charges also

Bought Chimney and gas hob with together around 32k. Hob burner became defective just after 1 yr. “burner got shirked, ” , all cutleries becoming black Original buying cost was 15000. Now the technical service person came and quoted the change of only burner mouth for 8000. chimney technical design is also bad. Cant clean inside easily and becoming more noisy day by day. Just for inspection HINDAWARE service center charges. Its not worthy to buy hindware and bad quality product. — burner cleaning very difficult, bad design by itself and costly spare parts
