Product is good. But worst customer service. After 2 weeks of installation. There is oil seepage and upon calling the customer care they said even to visit they will charge 400+ and then even changing any damaged part if any would require additional cost. The warranty provided is a joke. After sale service is something we look for with any good product. And that was one reason to go for this brand. But it is a joke and I will be raising the same with the Consumer forum as well. This is just mockery of the customers hard earned money and time.

Awesome chimney. Installation was good. Just keep one thing in mind the exhaust outlet on the chimney is not centred. So had to call a carpenter to make that hole big.
