Great chimney with adequate power and functionality. Samitha agency in Pondicherry did a great job with installation and had all the necessary equipments. Keep up the great work and the technician explained the chimney functions very well. Overall satisfied.

I have been using this product for 1 year now. Initially, everything was working flawlessly. But then the problems started. There is a auto-clean functionality, which half of the time doesn’t work. When you start the chimney, the flap opens automatically. The motor which opens the flap, stopped working within 1 year. The techinican said it needs deep cleaning and then it worked for 1 month. After that again the same issue happened, and the flap was not opening. Now its more than 1 year old, warranty is not there and technician is asking 3.5k to replace the motor.
