I bought this product just because of the brand name whirlpool. But to my surprise chimenys doesn’t even falls in whirlpool India product portfolio, seems like some dealer is importing from china,selling and servicing chimenys in India.
I got the delivery in 2days, next day I called for installation, first installation person came and said I need to enlarge existing hole in the wall and need to buy a installation kit for same which I refused as my older chimeny was working fine in that setup. Then I got the call again from different service enegineer ready to do installation in same setup and did installation with a charge of 950.
I noticed some sound post installation but engineer did some thing and suppressed it by doing some thing inside rotter.
After 2 days noise started to increase and I called service centre of whirlpool they sent en engineer he checked and said rotter is defective which is causing noise , it needs to be replaced.
Same thing was detected by installation engineer but he never called that out, he only cared abt getting installation done and get paid for same.
When I called whirlpool service they said this is not there product and DOA/replacement will be handled by seller not whirlpool.
Even Amazon doesn’t have any option to get replacement or refund for same.
My suggestion don’t buy whirlpool branded chimneys as their service and product quality are both like just another Chinese cheap stuff.

The media could not be loaded.
I have been using this chimney for a month and the problem that I just face that it sticks with oil so you have to clean it frequently. The quality of this product is awesome and very value for money also it looks very good in your kitchen, also it is very quiet it wont make that much noise. You need to wash the filter every 1-2 weeks. Best chimney according to the price.
