Good quality chimney, at reasonable price. Build is robust and the touch sensors work flawlessly. The oil tray is large and eat to remove and clean. Long term need to check how it holds up.
The installation was done 2 days after delivery. Installation was good but the charges I felt were on the higher side. 650 for installation, 250 for removal of old chimney, 800 for aluminium flex pipe 3-4 feet, totally Rs 1600/-. The aluminium flex pipe given with the chimney was very large and not compatible.

Worst After Sales Service. No resolution from last 3.5 months.
Chimney stopped working within 3 months of usage and now its been more than 3 months running around the customer care and service center to get the issue resolved but of no help.
First it was fan problem and it arrived after waiting for a month. Engineer again diagnosed and said FAN is working fine, it’s the sensor that’s faulty. Sensor ordered and wait for it was 2 months. Engineer arrived and he brought a PCB and that too of a different model.
I am based out of Bangalore and KAFF have not been able to resolve it.
Think before you buy, Go for BIG brands with better after sales service.
