Lot of issues in Glen India chimney,and automatically power on and off,and somuch sounds from existing fan of the chimney and already engineer visited and same issues are happening

The GLEN chimney is installed in February 25. Became faulty not working in 3 weeks. On booking service repair was done in 5 days however after 4 weeks again the fan is not working, machine is faulty…. the chimney could have been replaced in the first instance however company is negligence to replace.
I regret I should have chosen a different make
