I recently purchased a Faber chimney, and overall, I am quite satisfied with the product and service. The chimney arrived in good condition and the accessibility of the product is excellent. The service providers were very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made the installation process smooth.
However, one drawback I noticed is that the installation pipe is not included with the product. It would be much more convenient if Faber provided the necessary pipe along with the chimney itself, as it is essential for proper installation.
Apart from this, the overall experience has been positive, and I would recommend the product to others.

Received in very good packing. Hindutan Markeitng did an excellent job of installation. Their technician Vipin Gautam was very efficient and finshedt he work in less than 1 hour, explained the functions and care to be taken. It is advanced version with Auto Cleaning so there are some care to be taken very 15 days. We have also taken three year service contract as being senior citizens we need trouble free services.
This Chimney is areplacment for another Faber chimney installed in 2008. We are sure this new gen chimney will also give same trouble free serevice its predeceesor did.
Product si just a few weeks old we can’t comment on its performance.
