Dear Faber India Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service experience I’ve had regarding my kitchen chimney. It has been 13 days since the unit stopped functioning, and despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, there has been no response or resolution from your service team.
This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. If this is indicative of the service standards, I regret to say that I will not continue with Faber products—neither with this chimney nor with any future purchases.
I have used several other manufacturers products in the past, but this has been the worst service experience I’ve encountered. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. If not, I will be compelled to share this experience publicly and reconsider all future engagements with your brand.

After a lot of research across various chimneys and brands i finally bought this. The product is good as expected and gives a premium finish to my kitchen. The suction is good. I got it under prime day deal for a huge discount and it’s definitely worth the price. The installation was quick and customer support is readilu available in my area. I ordered the aluminium duct seperately and saved few bucks. The total installation cost was ₹700.
