Very bad experience.
1. Details provided on amazon are wrong, the reason i bought this product cz it had 2 yrs comprehensive warranty and 12yrs on motor. But installation guy informed it has 1yr warranty and 5 yrs on motor, the same is written on warranty card.
2. Post knowing (1) i called Faber company customer care and informed them abt this wrong info providee, they just told me to check with seller… sounded like they just wanted to sell the product by whatever means.
3. No service is free even in 1st year by Faber confirmed by customer care, even local companies are providing atleast 1 free service.
4. If the details provided here are wrong and company is not interested in fixing it, so not sure on the quality of the product.
5. Issues with fit and finish just like tata cars, gaps present.
6. Noise even at lowest speed.
7. Post installation the guy was like u bought the product, yhi h jo hai, kuchh issue hua to itne paise lgenge to fix.
