Poor and damaged product as well as packaging.
Poor support from amazon, they aren’t picking up the item after. Amazon’s support is absolutely zero.
Think twice before buying anything from amazon. My 16K rs. are stuck from the past month and a half.

Replaced my 8 year old Elica Chimney. Never had any issues with it and this new one looks equally promising. The suction capacity is impressive.
The installation service has been commendable. The technician was accommodative in ensuring the chimney did not disturb the kitchen fixture.

Recently installed this product working well,immediate installation within few hours from elica service center but installation is paid not free. Suction is well,motion sensor is good,sleek look,only draw back is led light is very bright which hurts your eyes,wish they kept near oil collector region.Overall good purchase hope it works long

Nice product, it is somewhat noisy if you go to level above 6. Otherwise a good chimney for your kitchen. It haas good features like LED lamp, gesture control, auto clean.
