Overall happy with the functionality of the product. Does what it say it does. Great suction as well. Installation was done very well. The guy was very patient in answering all questions. Happy that it has a 5 year comprehensive warranty and a 15 year warranty in the motor. Just FYI, installation costs Rs.600/- more and the silver chimney duct (not included) cost Rs. 1400/- which the installer brought after checking with me.
The Cons:
1. My unit came slightly dented in two places. One was fixed by the installer, the second one still stands out as shown in the photo. Not a big deal because functionality is not compromised. Probably came like that from the assembly line.
2. The paint quality is terrible on the front glass. It doesn’t show with the LED off, but with LED On, it’s bad. I wish they had a few more coatings of paint on the inside of the glass.
3. The paint at the glass edges in the bottom also led a lot to be desired. You can feel the hardened drips of paint on the bottom edge and in other areas the lack of paint finishing.
If not for these points, I’m very happy with the product. Very good value for money.
