My fourth knob is stucked in “on” position and unable to off it, everytime i have to off the knob of gas pipe and whenever I start using I must use that fourth burner. Even third knob is also jammed in off position. Automatic ignition of all the knobs are not working. Better to go for some another brand

Good looking. Automatic ignition is nice and effective. Burners produce good flame and heat which is higher than conventional burners.

I am writing this review after 5 months of use
1. Its not giving smooth flame as other normal stove
2. Plates got rust in 1 month of use. Very very cheap quality
3. Even though i was using all the 4 burner ,one burner automatic ignition stopped in 2 month n technician said u might not be using it thats y it got carbon n stopped working
4. After 1 month of continuous follow up technician came n that to he didn’t repaired it fully, he said this is not normal(flame was not normal n smooth) but I don’t know how to fix it , i have to ask my senior (accepted) after that with continuous follow up 3 week finely got one more number , she said your ticket is on high priority (can’t imagine low priority as this one is going very slow)
Since that day i am waiting for technician
Friends it better to pay 3-4k extra rather than wasting 13k

Bad quality burner leakage problem frequently

Well, I am writing this after 6 months of use. The build quality is good, but has many kinks. The auto ignition stops working for 2 burners after one month. Another annoying thing is the small rubber plugs under the pan supports come off frequently. I have already lost 3 of them. Now the pan supports sit unevenly. The burners are good, but at the lowest setting also, they seem high. I am using it as counter top. I have not cut my counter top. Lastly, the seller should really think of reducing packing size.

Sunflame dosenot have any authorised service centre in Goa.The call centre no is not contactable which is mentioned on the warranty card.Within 3months the first knob became tight and broke and yesterday the second knob became tight and broke.Bad product and no service of sunflame in Goa.From all the products this is the first product I receive from Amazon which is defective.

I’m writing this review after using 3days later….Packing was not good.too much oversize loose packing..but I appreciate u tried very well.I received sunflame package good condition,but one knob broken.I managed to correct with fevicwik. Otherwise looks &performance of lotus burner is excellent
