Dont buy from amazon and dont buy this milton products , their service is the worst and pathetic. I had bought this new gas stove and withing a months time there is a problem with the burner and when I contact the service centre they took almost 2 weeks to send a technician and that too with no replies no proper follow up no communication at all. And the tecnician tells me that their is a defective part and it needs to be changed and I will report it to the conpany but dont know when the company will send the spares. And if I want to do it early Ill have to pay for the spares and repair. Really pathetic ! This milton service and product both are the worst. Specially the service. Still did not receive any solution for my problem

Don’t get trapped by this scam. This is not real milton. This is another company registered by a false name called milton gas or so.
Within a year of using it, the glass top burst into pieces one fine morning at my house. Thankfully no one was injured. Point of saying this is, you and your family’s life is at risk for this product, and this is no joke.
Then, when I reached out to Amazon, they routed me to genuine milton customer care. The milton on the other hand clearly denied of their product, saying they only build plastic things like tiffin box, water bottle, etc. never have they developed a product like this, and this is a known issue to them . Infact they have highlighted this to Amazon , they still don’t acknowledge it.
Later when I asked the customer support for this fraud company, I was given with 2 phone numbers and I was asked to get a no service certificate from the company.
When i called one of the given numbers, one guy started abusing in hindi and the other number never picked.
Hence was, never able to get any service denial letter, neither amazon helped with me anything.
