it is hard to believe that a FABER product could be sold in India, which has limited durability. FABER !
Main Issues, the Bronze burner have turned black in 4 months, and the racks which sit on these burners have gone grey and white. they were black .The black coating has worn off in 4 months, The Faber service guys were surprised that I even made a complain about if. They insist that the black coating will not last. THATS IT ?
I had gas stoves before ( Indian made ) and this was never a problem. Recently I saw another indian made , local brand which as been used for 3 years still retaining it black coating on the racks.
Does FABER treat Indian market with such little respect that it can palm off shabby products ?

Its not even a week after installation.
Faber charged Rs. 350/- for hust installation and said if not done by us your warranty might get lapsed.
Problems are listed below.
1. Burner stands are poorly polished and are fading white in colour after use.
2. Flame is not coming out fully from pores on high flame in last 2 burners.
3. On turning gas to sim it automatically turns off.

The product is good I have been using this since last 6 months,
the burner are quite good and look wise also good

The product came with 2 regular size burner, one small burner and a jumbo burner. Jumbo burner is very useful for fast cooking.
The stove looks good and easy to clean. Comes with double drip plates and 180 degree rotating gas inlet.
The burners change color when hot (golden to copper), so a good warning sign.
Not sure about durability, as I recently bought. All in all, I was impressed.
