This is fragile, compared to other faber stoves. But still much much better than brands like prestige or pigeon etc.
Auto ignition not working in 2 out of 3 burners. Installation guy has noted this down, and promised to come back to fix it.
Flames are larger. The metal stand on which you place vessels while cooking is fragile and moves around.
Update : auto ignition failed after a month.
Waiting for lockdown to be over to raise a warranty claim.

After using it for the week the starter stopped working. But the Faber service team immediately came for service and change the part in 7 days now it’s working.. Now it working fine quite good service from Faber service team. 5 star to service team

I bought this Faber stove some time back. This is the worst product I have ever purchased in my lifetime. Its been a year since I purchased it. But it had defects most of the time than working. It has been serviced 23 times still it get complaimt often it never works more than a week. Now it is out of warranty. Its fully made of low quality materials. Their service is pathetic. They doesnt have the proper knowledfe and manpower for servicing the equipment. Stay away from purchasing it.
I have already posted a review some time back. But when the technicians came for servicing they forced me to remove the review( not technicians call from Faber office)This stove doesnt work for more than a week after each service.
Never go for Faber .. totally money wasting product

The stove looks spot on with the toughened glass protected by a stainless steel bidding. I really like the customer service as they are quick and they completed my installation in the MNGL piped gas connection. The stove is easy to clean and the burners are very light in weight. The auto-ignition works well but honestly relying on them completely comes with a risk of not working sometimes. All in all its a good product.

the product is fine but there was a problem in one burner, i searched for there customer care i got one free dial which never connect and they no mail id. i bought chimney as well, now regretting that why i didn’t go with other brand, no after sales service. and also once i do connected to there free dial and i registered my complain, then i got call from a girl she confirmed my address and told that technician will visit soon, then technician called and said that will visit by 5 o’clock and didn’t come. then sunday i called him he said that today is off, then i call him on monday he said that due to rain he is on leave. i wish i could do some research before buying it.

The media could not be loaded.
The flame is not sufficient to reduce cooking time. Many times the technician tried it but issues not resolved. My observation is it’s due to hight of pan support is bigger, hence flame not sufficiently contact pan, therefore cooking time is so longer. It takes 1 hr 30 minutes to boil pulses, rice, 30 minutes to start boiling of water in high flame mode. My request to the manufacturer please to make slightly low hight pan support for better performance of cooking. I need such a low hight pan support if possible. Otherwise I have to replace it by convensional gas stove for better performance.
