We purchased it in sept 22 now facing problems with it when contacted customer care given them all details & there tecnician came out home after about 4/5 days they told to change sparkle pin for all burners @300/- each + 300/- technicians charges I paid him ₹750/- as advance they told that the sparkle pin for your burners are not available in stock & will take maximum 7 days time to come & then our technician will visit your place & install it (They tried to push forcefully us to buy a yearly maintainance skim which we did not took ) it’s 15 days passed still they are telling it will take 2/3 days more can’t understand this type of service with this much charges which we are ready to pay but only that we did not agree for yearly maintance skim they are now doing what ever they can do i really appreciate quality of product but these all things need service after 2/3 years (I was using prestige product before & don’t have much service issues that lasted for more then 10 years due to change of flat we replaced it & given old one to some one from then it’s 4 years he is using it & there is no problem) in that way for this much price of that cook top & only 3 rd year runing it’s really strange & they are failed to provide required service. I will surely don’t recomend this co products to any one please stay away. Thanks for your attention.

Lighter is not very effective same button for every burner does not have separate function with knob .Drip tray is not of very good Quality has very sharp edges cleaning it may have injury in fingers.

Automatic ignition conked off on first attempt itself. Just think of it, it didn’t last even 10 seconds. This tells you about the quality of the product.
Now let’s come to service, I complained to the engg who had come for the installation and he stopped answering phone. Then I wrote an email to customer care which got an auto response but no action. Write another email and then started calling customer care. Finally they responded saying the faulty part will come from head office and will take 20 days. Faulty part could have easily walked home in this much time.
Nevertheless, I am still waiting for the faulty part to arrive. So plan your time and availability in advance if you want to buy anything from Faber. You will need a lot of spare time to chase them.

Very poor quality …Buttons not working properly ….zero for quality and durability … Something or the other keeps going wrong with it …. I wish I could get a replacement which isn’t an option allowed by Amazon possible coz they are already aware that the product is cheap in quality. 👎
