I purchased the Whirlpool 4-burner hob with high hopes, but it has been a major disappointment. Within a short period, I started facing serious auto-ignition issues, and one of the burners has lighting issues.
The real frustration, however, lies with the customer service. I first tried to resolve the issue by contacting the installation team from Blaze, the authorized service franchise. The response I received was poor, and despite multiple attempts, I never got a satisfactory answer or a commitment to fix the problem.
I then tried to reach Whirlpool’s customer service directly via WhatsApp and email, but it feels like I’m sending messages into a void. There has been absolutely no response from them. It seems there is no effective way to contact anyone for support, which is completely unacceptable for a company of this size.
I would strongly urge Whirlpool to improve its customer support system or consider partnering with service franchises that can provide better and more responsive service. I regret this purchase and cannot recommend this product to anyone, not just because of the product issues, but because of the complete lack of post-sales support.

The controls are simple and intuitive, heating is quick and even, and cleaning—especially the smooth glass top—is hassle-free. It’s not overloaded with unnecessary features, but it covers the basics really well. I’ve noticed the surface can scratch if you’re not careful with heavy cookware, but that’s common with glass tops. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable stove that delivers good value for the money.
