Große Wok-Pfannen, die auf Induktionsplatten funktionieren, habe ich schon. Einen kleinen Wok, der für 2 Personen und Gerichte groß genug ist, fehlte mir und ich habe ein qualitativ hochwertiges Produkt gesucht – und hier gefunden. Die Antihaft-Eigenschaften sind nicht ganz so gut, wie bei durchgängig beschichteten Pfannen, dafür ist der Wok sehr viel unempfindlicher.

Wir haben nach einer kleineren “Wok” Pfanne gesucht, da wir ein paar der größeren bereits besitzen und sehr gerne damit kochen. Wir haben bisher zwei Mal damit gekocht und sind begeistert.
Sie wird schnell und vor allem gleichmäßig heiß. Der Deckel kann aber sehr heiß werden, daher immer ein Tuch bereit halten.
