Very happy with this Allo Innoware kadhai. The build quality is strong and it heats evenly, which helps in cooking sabzi and curries properly without burning. The size is ideal for daily use and the handles are sturdy.
Food doesn’t stick much and cleaning is easy. It feels durable and worth the price. Overall, a good quality kadhai for regular Indian cooking. Would definitely recommend.

I recently used the Allo Triply Kadhai to make suji halwa, and the results were excellent. The triply construction distributes heat evenly, so the suji roasted perfectly without burning or sticking to the base.
The kadhai heats up quickly and retains heat well, which makes continuous stirring easier and more efficient. The base is thick and sturdy, giving confidence while cooking. Even after cooking halwa (which usually sticks), cleaning was simple and hassle-free.

Based on measuring caculations and real life measuring test the product is not 8.3 litres by any strectch of the imagination rather up to the brim comes out to be around 7.4 litres, meaning usuable cooking space would be around 6-6.5 litres max. The Saucepot however is premium built and i am very happy with the quality of material used. It is very heat resistant and nothing really burns in it. Easy to cook in and easy to clean it. Other than the size discrepancy would recommend.
