The product is good. And the installation person was good and provided a good installation of the hub.

We had this same model for 15 years, and it was working fine. Only some of the burners and switches had worn out.
We decided to get a new one. Surprisingly 99% of the models in showrooms are the new glass type hobbs. But when we thought about it, we realised the Stainless Steel one is the best for our home and type of vessels and cooking. So we ordered the same online. It was delivered on time, though the packaging was a little wet due to heavy rains – but the product inside was brand new.
We got a call and a technician came on the 3rd day after delivery to install. He was young – but knowledgeable and professional – and did an excellent job of removing the previous hobb and installing the new one. He had all the tools and spare parts including the rubber (steel reinforced) hose.
He gave a proper receipt for the charges and politely refused to take any tips (seemed to be very young and toiling with a heavy bag going around doing installations, so I thought I should be a little grateful.).

The media could not be loaded.
When I received the order, the box was damaged. I proceeded to open the box, the stove had scratches and marks all over it. So many parts for missing like the top of the burner. When we placed the order, we were so excited and now receiving this product like this that looks like a rejected product was very disappointing and disheartening.
