I purchased this kaff chimney on march 2025, it run only 45days, then it stopped work, i complained the customer service center over 3week back, service person visit and he say we resolve as soon as possible, it over 15 days but issue is not solved i fed up about KAFF brond.

Good quality chimney, at reasonable price. Build is robust and the touch sensors work flawlessly. The oil tray is large and eat to remove and clean. Long term need to check how it holds up.
The installation was done 2 days after delivery. Installation was good but the charges I felt were on the higher side. 650 for installation, 250 for removal of old chimney, 800 for aluminium flex pipe 3-4 feet, totally Rs 1600/-. The aluminium flex pipe given with the chimney was very large and not compatible.
