Installation was on time by professionals he found display board was complaint regarding that he was raided order for that board after two days it start working by its own still we hv a doubt how long it will last that board will be..the ordered board by installer is not replaced still ..rest all good installed did his best to help us.

Installation took nearly 5days and was outsourced to prime care(they miscommunicated and kinda are lazy bones)

They proved they are customer centric by replacing whole chimney without any hassle
Issue Faced:
This product glass good was missing. It seems glass hood was broken, where removed and packed again so customer does not know.
Our kitchen was not ready and we opened box on 15th day after delivery.
We found glass hood was missing and there where no broken glass pieces in packing box as well.
Kindly check product at the day of delivery itself.
