The look and finish of the product is excellent. The delivery was as scheduled and installation call came in on the same day of delivery and was successfully installed today.The technicians were experienced and polite. The operation is simple.Easy to remove baffle filters.White LED lights are medium powered and not that bright.With the first 2 load levels, Noise is nil to bearable..With the max load of 3, the noise will be high. There’s a catch with the load mechanism.You can’t operate the product directly in max load. You will need to press the button in order 0-1-2 to reach max load level and to turn off , press them in reverse order-Similar to bike gears..A standalone power switch would have been better.Not sure why it isn’t there..Overall my shopping experience with Amazon has been great and the product satisfies my expectations..Thank you Amazon & Faber!

Looks good and works good. Installation was timely.
But the installation cost was 1800Rs. I feel that’s a bit high. Atleast company should waive off installation charge of Rs.500. We can understand duct pipe cost might vary based on kitchen and so it’s cost cant be waived off completely.

The product is extremely good with all the required features. It comes with a classy black colour. I was not so sure about buying chimney online but after receiving the product I can say that the product is absolutely genuine without any defects. Also I got it installed within 4hrs through Maya Enterprises Varanasi.

Satisfied overall. Very confused about various model and suction power, purchased during dushahra festival , got sbi and Amazon discount. When read review of customer, finally decided this one and now full satisfied. Delivered some late due to festival rush perhaps but installations immediately in 2 days. They worked very nicely. My gas stove 3 burner 1 slightly out in chimany range when knob on 2 it sucked, but when on point 3 it will all suck so no tention, u can buy it without any hesitation. Low noise as a quality of Faber. Some noise due to metallic pipe and during exhaust system working on number 3 button. Value for money very good. Nearly 23k MRP 13500 on festival price. Some days ago I purchased mobile so Amazon given me 1000 cash back, and sbi given 500 discount on card so I purchased this in 12000. On 1st week of October 19.
Installations charge 1700.
It includes 500 installations+ pipe chrge aluminium+ window glass replacement.

This review is only for Faber service which is pathetic. After receiving the product I called customer care and get myself registered. The technician came and told me that they will only put the chimney and connect the pipe. He refused to put a power plug and make a hole on wall. It means I have to pay 500+ pipe charges 1800 + other small product charges to Faber. And still I have to pay an electrician to put a power plug and pay someone else to dig a hole in wall too. Faber does not do the complete installation.
If I get it installed by someone else then Faber will not provide the 1 year warranty. So, I am very upset.
