Very noisy.. the.seems I got defective product ….the plastic cover on the light is melts due to heat and bulges out like a bubble.The service engineer changed it once and it melted again .need to get it changed again.Service is very slow to respond

Actually to my surprise! Once after I logged review in amazon, I received call from Faber and the service personnel were quick and responsive in directly approaching and setting up a time to visit the place to fix the issue!
I guess that’s faber!! I was really not expecting it and the service authorities came with the quality manager to inspect and fixed the problem! no questions, no charge! It runs silently, there was some issue in rotor or something that they have informed to my parents at home.
First time very good service experienced!

Bought the product during festival sale after a long dilemma between faber and elica. Should have opted for the second,being a VFM product. Bought this one just for the faber brand hoping the service would be better since the service center is just 4kms away from my place.
Extremely noisy. Even on 2.
My kitchen is small, 12×6. It doesn’t do the job properly. It doesnt pull out the smoke.
We have not made any 90degree bends only 2 bends.
Opt for other products, elica or hindware. This is not worth for the money.
Wish I could return! Installation guys came after the return window is over

May be Defective Piece . The one of the screw on frontview side view on glass top is totally free . It didn’t tighened. It looks very bad for the front side of view .
