writing this review after 20 months of purchase. the chimney is ok ok type. after fitting on the first day the light waa not working and had to pay for the replacement light on the first day.
after 20 months the motor stopped working and the service person promptly came on the next day of complain and told it will take 7 days. it already 25 days still the after sales guys do not have any info when the replacement motor will be sent.
now I went to the Faber page in face book to make complain and saw that there are hundreds of people like me who have slammed the company for bad after sales and some of them wven waitinh for 3 months.

The delivery guy jus pushed the package from the top of a tata ace,right in front of my home. Though he said nothing will happen from the fall, one corner of the product was bend in. Got it installed by faber authorized people. The filter on my chimney is stuck, and the installation people had noted this and raised a request for a new filter under warranty. Been 1 week, no news so far.
Suction power is good. It’s comparatively silent, and offers 5 speeds. Comes with a 4 inch duct, though the product discription mentions 6 inch.

The product looks stylish and elegant only on the website. The actual chimney looks very ordinary and not even close to how it looks in the photograph. Please think twice before ordering this…

Looks a bit huge but otherwise its fine. The capacity of the motor is very good and perfectly suits a small family. I have been using it for lastone year and very satisfied with it.

Light problem in 1 light and produt in 2 light with out push button to round slow switch only.section pipe not inside .Box open one side
Lamp is not working .
