I purchased this product when it was launched, so it’s been more than an year we are using this product. It was working just fine in the first 6 months and then started giving us troubles. When we raised a request with the customer care multiple times, after 2 months they came for service and said there is nothing wrong with the product. Our brand new kitchen is full of oil marks, ceiling, cupboards, nearby appliances etc. Despite of seeing the suction isn’t working clearly, they said no issue with the product. I reached out to area manager, no response. Then I reached out to regional (vizag) manager,and he was kind enough to provide immediate support, so the technician came and did something and said there won’t be any issues. After a few weeks, back to same condition where suction doesn’t work. Now I dnt even have hope of getting proper service, moreover it will now be a paid service. Now I’m gonna order other brand instead of raising my concern again.

Lotus Service care called immediately upon delivery and technician Kamesh came and completed the service. Installation costed INR 6000 (STD installation kit 1500, Installation charges 600, Drilling hole in wall 2000, Cover 300, Steel rods for supporting from wall 1400 as there was a window behind chimney, misc charges 200). This should be transparent and declared during purchase of product which I found lacking. To avoid any confusion regarding size of hole required, I learnt that it would have been better to have the hole drilled in the presence of Faber technician. Product has low noise upto 2 Speeds. Not used the auto clean facility yet.

Overall, this is a good product. Suction power is very good. The noise level can be reduced further.
The installation done by Faber expert is very good.

Suction is good, servers the purpose.
Touch and sensor works good.
Only problem I could see is while auto oil cleaning process, the excess oil is spilling out of all suction hole instead of oil collector tray in my first try. I have to try one more time the same after 20 days to check it properly and report it.

Review is for pin – 757046. Product (HOOD PREMIA 3D PLUS) delivered within 3-4 days. Installation was done on next day.
Important note – The warranty for this product is comprehensive 5 years and not 1 year. I had a long email chain with Faber to convince them.

Noise is ok
