Product is good sucks air completely without any smoke in kitchen or other rooms buy makes noise at higher speeds. Best thing is the auto ON upon detecting the smoke from stove area.

The chimney is good looking and the service person explained all the functions and features really well. He is quite an educated technician who could explain the manual with lots of patience. He has done a neat work without any scratches and marks.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with my purchase of the Crompton Cooker Hood from Amazon. Unfortunately, the product has not functioned properly since day one.
To make matters worse, the customer care center has been completely unhelpful. Despite reaching out, the representative failed to provide any meaningful assistance, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.
The service I received was, without a doubt, the worst I’ve experienced. I would not recommend this product or brand to anyone.
