Pathetic product …….today we met with an unfortunate accident because of this pan ……..my wife was straining rice the lock suddenly slipped and the pan top fell …..warm water spilled over her and she got burnt. Rice was all over the floor…….please dont buy this product as it can injure you seriously

Die Deckelverschlüsse werden heiss und verhaken sich teilweise. Der Deckel passt und schliesst nicht genau zum Topf.

When I purchased this I was very happy with the same. Material was heavy steel but it lasted hardly a year or little more. Now I am disappointed as it has developed Crack 😞. This was unexpected as many other stainless steel items are still in good condition.

I purchased a Vinod cooker from Amazon for around ₹2000. After a few months of use, it unfortunately broke. I was not sure how to return or contact the company because the toll-free number was not reachable.
Later, I found their email ID and sent a mail without much hope, as the product was still under warranty. To my surprise, I received a quick reply from their support team. They guided me clearly and asked me to courier the product to their service address.
Though the whole process took about one month, I finally received a brand new replacement cooker. Throughout the process I had doubts, but Vinod kept their promise.
I am very happy with their service. This experience made me trust the Vinod brand even more. Truly appreciate their customer support and commitment.

Poor quality, First time defective item supplied with lid problem (2nd time replaced item) Handles not holding the top lid properly. lid straining holes top side appears roughly . Durability & fitting of handles are not good. Hence decided returne.
