If negative rating was there, i would be using that, I never got disappointed with any other products from Amazon than this product. I lost my money and also I lost my belief in this brand. After using only one week the base part got melted and sticked to the vessel part and made a hole in the vessel , and stopped working. Very very disappointed.

The kettle is good. But it is useful for only boiling and heating purpose and cannot be used for any other type of dishes with oil. The auto cutoff will be activated of there is no water. Overall it’s good for kettle purpose. And the customer service is also good. My kettle got trouble and the item got replaced with quick support.

Product quality is average. I purchased the kettle 6 months ago, and it stopped working within that time. Although the replacement process took about a month, the customer service was responsive and helpful.

This kettle really is a multi purpose, easy to use and a must have if you are steamed food lover. I could even use for baby food while traveling. Service is very prompt, when after a year I faced issue, they immediately responded and sent a replacement very quickly. Overall a wonderful experience with Agaro team.
