This unit was send from India to Australia with an Indian power plug not an Australian plug so cannot use. Advise the seller of problem and seller replied that I would need an India to Australia adapter. I advised seller that it should be included with unit, but seller would not response.. So either return product or spend more money to buy an India to Australia adapter.
Not able to review unit as not able to switch on unit.

I’ve been using the AGARO Esteem Multi Kettle (1.2L, 600W) for a while, and it’s been very useful for quick cooking and hostel life. The stainless steel body feels strong, and the 3 heating modes make it easy to boil water, make noodles, tea, coffee, soup, or even boil eggs using the included rack.

I recently purchased this multipurpose kettle but the lid broke after I accidentally dropped it! I emailed the support team and they replied within a couple of days. The representative was extremely polite, guided me clearly through the process of purchasing a replacement lid, and handled everything efficiently. I truly appreciate the prompt service of and professional support experience of Agaro.
P.S. The kettle works well, I tried boiling milk, making tea, coffee, kichdi and the cake which you can see here.

There are two main problems with this kettle:
1) Because the stainless steel is so thin, food burns easily on the bottom of the kettle. While Agaro advertises that is can be used for boiling milk, the only time we tried doing this, it burnt the bottom of the kettle very badly, and the stain was difficult to remove. (See photo)
2) The control knob is very small and tight. The only indication that it is pointing to the right setting is a tiny bobble which can be easily missed, so it is very possible to set it to the wrong setting. This is a cheapy design solution which Agaro should be ashamed to use.

The temperature control knob is not good. The marking on it is not so visible. We can’t know what temperature the kettle is working on exactly because there is no ‘tick’ sound when setting the temperature.

The product is way good, it works so well and fast especially for cooking noodles, soup, tea and boiling eggs. You don’t require induction cooktop if you have this product for cooking food which requires boiling or steaming.
