Stopped working in a week.
Poor Kent service, multiple tickets opened but they close by themselves. If u call customer service for status, they will create a new one, and the loop keeps going, even I have spoken to the escalation team they have no resolution.
Believe me it’s a brand new product, even not a finger mark or scratch but it’s not turning on.
Kent is no more good for it’s products and services.

A bit disappointed buying this product, glass gets hot very much, rubber packing beneath the glass melted on day one. U cannot touch the glass after cooking, can get burnt if you are not aware that recently some has used it.. create lots of heat around the product, feels like using a cheap quality heater. In my view this is not induction, it is a heater, one use this in winter to keep rooms warm. Keep away from reach of children & elderly might get burnt if touched. Be careful.. very much disappointed 😡
