I purchased a Baltra Infrared Cooktop from Amazon recently (within 2–3 days of use).
I am facing a serious issue where the cooktop is overheating abnormally. The entire surface turns excessively red and becomes extremely hot, even under normal usage. This seems like a manufacturing defect and is unsafe to use.
Due to safety concerns, I have stopped using the product.
Request you to kindly arrange for inspection and provide a replacement or repair under warranty as soon as possible.
