I received the equipment with the defect, the Airfryier fan was not working. Amazon does not have a replacement policy for this product thus contacted the manufacturer after a lot of follow-up they replaced the product. The new product functioned ok for three to four cooking cycles the fan again stopped functioning. It is better to go for a reputed tried and tested brand. This one for sure is not reliable.

Product is fine. Works as a Air fryer. Main problem is learning what can be cooked and what not. Most ad and you tube videos that you see does not tell you the reality unless all you want is to fry some dry potato. It will take more than a month to experiment and find a way to use everyday. The machine supplied by Prestige is fine and almost identical to many other brands.

I have purchased this airfryer, 10 months back, 4 months after purchased the machine didn’t start work, I took it to Prestige service Centre,they did Repair and returned it within 2 weeks, again after 4 months the machine is not working again, I gave it to the same service Centre, they repaired and gave within 2 days, again it is not working, i haven’t used this machine atleast 10 times, I have used it very carefully and correctly. Please take it this machine and replace me with new one, I can’t bare with this repairs. The product is okay okay but not too good. Gets too much heated from top. Also tge handle/door doesnt close well and food doesnt get evenly cook.

I will request you all to please read this review, as due to busy schedule, i was not able to add a review. (1) prestige is not good in making air fryer. We had purchased this from amazon and we started using this a little bit late as my kid was admitted in hospital, so we got proper chance to use it after 6-7 days of purchasing. (2) suddenly it stopped working after the return days of amazon policy ended. (3) we missed the chance to return this product by 1 day hence amazon customer care were not able to help us (3) we only had the chance to get it corrected by visiting prestige repairing centre since this comes up with 1 year warranty. (4) now we are availing warranty after 7 days of purchase, which is too bad. (5) prestige is the worst in making air fryer. (6) now it is been approx 10 days, still it is not repaired by swrvice center, (7) please do not buy prestige air fryer (8) as per service center, the motor got malfunctioned hence it stopped working.
