Worst product and especially the product service in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. I’m writing my honest opinion and the issues that I have faced so please look into this review before going for a purchase.
I was planning to buy Philips but since with my budget I was getting this product I bought this trust me guys worst product purchased on April and it’s been only 1.5months and product is showing error code and not even doing the fryer properly. I raised a request to service center and they raised service request for technician home visit and it’s been almost 2 weeks now no one has come and when I called multiple times they saying the service request rejected and especially the service branch manager Anil, trust me guys he is the worst person I come across with all my online product experience. Don’t know how to talk to customers and won’t even pick up even if you call him. Not even a single time he answered in a week.
If you’re out of budget and badly need an airfryer please wait and purchase other products based on review but not this. I have experienced enough service technician trauma and hope you won’t fall victim to this

Pahla Jo product Maine receive Kiya usmein coating nikala hua tha then replacement Dala product ko then machini totally off hai abhi return ke liye kar rahi ho to return bhi nahin ho raha hai very bad one star Dene ka bhi man nahin kar raha hai 3 din Se return karne ki koshish kar rahi ho delivery boy delay kar raha hai baat baat mein return cancel hokar fir se initiate return karna pad raha hai.. main abhi Amazon Se Koi product order nahin karungi too much frusted
