Dear Amazon Customer Support,
I recently received a defective Faber Air Fryer through your platform. The product has a significant dent on its body, and heat is escaping due to a gap in the doors, making it unsafe and unusable.
To confirm the issue, I even called a Faber demo engineer, who inspected the unit and clearly stated that it is defective and not suitable for use.
Therefore, I request an immediate return and refund for this faulty product.
Additionally, I would like to highlight a serious concern regarding product quality control on the platform. It appears that some sellers are sourcing defective units at low prices and selling them through Amazon, which severely affects customer trust and safety.
I sincerely urge Amazon to take strict action against such sellers and ensure that quality standards are upheld to protect customers from similar experiences in the future.
Looking forward to a quick resolution.
Today on 30th july I edit my review – It’s possible that this defective air fryer was sold by a fraudulent seller, but today, after 15 days, I am forced to update this review. Despite repeated follow-ups, even multiple teams from Amazon Customer Support have failed to arrange the return pickup of this defective air fryer from my home. As for the refund — only God knows when that will come.
Buyers are advised to make their purchase decisions at their own risk, because when things go wrong, even Amazon is unable to provide the desired support.

1. the knobs are pretty darn unreadable unless you twist your head a certain way and shine the light at a certain angle. it’s a good yoga workout though.
2. i’m not convinced about the 360-degree heating. there’s only one fan. it’s at the top. nothing in the overall shape and design looks like it is there to deflect the air to achieve a 360-degree effect.
3. the built quality doesn’t inspire confidence and leaves much to be desired.
4. they show a deep basket in the second pic, but it is not included. at least, i didn’t receive it.
5. the inbuilt light is handy.
6. if i could return it, i would.

Faber has made it 2 years warranty only if faber service person comes for installation. They charge rs.250 for installation and activation of warranty. Fabers scam.
But thanks to Amazon for great discount, quick delivery, great packaging and safe transport
