Using Vidiem for the first time. Was very apprehensive in the beginning. But the product beats the expectation. Looks elegant. Flame level is very good. Its better than Butterfly brand. One negative point is there is no spill tray which makes the cleaning process cumbersome if something spills over. We also had a small issue with the knobs, raised complaint and it was addressed promptly by them.

I received same brand but not same in the picture. The product is showing 4 side closedstove. but I received one side closed stove at the same time packing was good. but I received damaged box. I bought this gas stove with high hopes after my purchase of their mixer grinder. The product looks decent but a careful inspection would show its not more than average stoves. The worst part is their after sales service which is non existent except South india. I have been chasing them to resolve one problem related to a screw since June 2024 but till date not a single visit by any technician. So in a nutshell don’t buy this if you are not staying in the 4 southern states
