I recently purchased this stove, and I am thoroughly impressed by its perfect balance of functionality and style. I have been using it for sometime now and, and it has consistently performed reliably. It has a few hidden safety features like you can only use knobs after pressing. Its made with thought about customers in mind.
In terms of aesthetics, the stove is a true delight. Its sleek and thoughtfully designed appearance enhances the look of any space it occupies. The attention to detail in its finish makes it stand apart.
In fact i had called the customer care to understand a few things about this product, they were super quick and detailed to solve my issue.
Overall, I highly recommend this stove to anyone seeking a combination of top utility and stunning aesthetics. It is a product that not only works well but also elevates its surroundings.

The gas stove looks good and feels premium for the price. However, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. After installation, I called a certified gas technician who identified a gas leak in the brand-new stove. I immediately raised a complaint with Surya Flame customer care and was told that service would be provided within 72 hours.
Unfortunately, even after waiting for 6 days, no one visited to inspect or resolve the issue. In today’s time, such a delay—especially for a serious safety concern—is unacceptable. Due to the lack of response and very poor customer support, I was left with no option but to return the product.
The product’s look and build quality are good for the price range, but the company’s customer service needs significant improvement.
