I am writing to report a defective product I received from the seller. The product, Sunshine 4 burner gas stove, has manufacturing defects and missing parts.
Upon inspecting the product, I found that:
– Both front big burners are cross-fitted, rendering them unusable.
– Nuts and screws below the burners are missing.
Furthermore, when I contacted the delivery boy, he informed me that he was aware of the damage and did not deliver the replacement product.
I believe this issue lies with the seller, and I request Amazon to take immediate action to resolve this matter. As a customer, I expect a functional product, and it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure that.
I would appreciate it if you could expedite the replacement process and provide a functional product at the earliest or refund my money.
