I had a disappointing experience initially with my Sujata gas stove, where a knob malfunctioned just 3 months after purchase. The first technician’s visit was delayed, and improper handling caused a serious safety issue—a burner caught fire from the base, which was extremely concerning. The condition of the stove had worsened, and I was deeply frustrated.
However, after escalating the matter to customer care, Sujata took responsibility. They sent a more experienced technician and eventually resolved the issue by replacing the entire gas stove unit. I appreciate that the brand listened to my concerns and acted to make things right.
While the initial experience was stressful, the after-sales support improved significantly, and I am now satisfied with the replacement and the resolution.
I’ve deducted one star for the initial service delay and safety concern, but I commend Sujata for their prompt action once the issue was escalated. Good recovery and responsible follow-up.

I just wanted to buy this for my mom and she loved it it really easy to use easy to clean and it looks good value for money if you are looking for good cooktop then go for it

The product is very nice but its default setting was on PNG. I called Sujata they said it’s always on lpg but my product’s default setting was on png and I had to contact the other guy and I had to pay 3000 more just to get into lpg. I would suggest people to buy products offline. To avoid such amount loss.
