Do Not Buy This Product – Terrible Quality and Service!
The auto ignition feature stops working on its own without any reason. Within just two months of purchase, I had to file five separate complaints with Sujata.
The technicians they send are completely untrained and have no clue how to resolve the issue. Every visit ends with a temporary fix or no fix at all. The stove continues to malfunction.
To make matters worse, their customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced unresponsive, unhelpful, and dismissive.
Save yourself the frustration and money. This product is not worth it.

Worth to buy.Its a good product.But needs to provide free service for conversion to PNG to LPG OR provide customers product with conversion to PNG.

This stove was selected after a lot of research and review reading. Now after usage at home, its safe to say that the stove is worthy of the high cost. Build quality is good, the auto ignition works good and the knobs are smooth. Overall great product.

It is good looking and well designed.
Enough space between three burners.
Utensils holders are heavy and solid.
Glass seems sturdy and hopefully it will last as long as it is specified.
It is auto ignition, one just need to use it for a few days to become familiar on how to use the knobs properly to ignite the gas burners.
We had some confusion while registering it for warranty due to model# but were able to do eventually.

The aesthetics are good (tried to make it premium), but the product doesn’t feel premium on usage. The knobs look cheap. Auto ignition is not as smooth at this price. Need quality for the price paid. It’s definitely not value for money.
