I purchased and installed this product about 7 months back. The product is not upto the mark. The Burner does not give adequate heat for cooking. The after sales service is also very poor. Multiple complaints are required to be lodged with the customer care and the complaint takes at least 10 – 12 days to resolve. The service mechanic makes all lame excuses to delay the service . The after sales service is not at all satisfactory.
