Auto ignition very bad,no after sale service,overall bad product

The knobs get hot and the rubber beneath the knob melts,especially the one near to the large burner. Also auto ignition does not work properly.

Good Quality. Easy to use and maintain. Value for money. Looks stunning. Battery operated ignition. Need to pay extra amount to the technician to fit the gas pipe, which could be self accomplished.
Delivery was complicated though.

Built looks good but there is major issue in design. The liquid spillage from the cooking can enter easily into burner sockets there by blocking the gas outlet, entering inside unopeneable box, entering into plates below the burner. There is no provision of gasket or any other means to avoid this. Glen should design the product correctly so that with looks it can also function properly.

I have taken stainless steel 4 burner auto ignition glen stove. It’s too expensive. If need in less price you can go with glass model, it is also good in low price.
