Auto ignition very bad,no after sale service,overall bad product

Built looks good but there is major issue in design. The liquid spillage from the cooking can enter easily into burner sockets there by blocking the gas outlet, entering inside unopeneable box, entering into plates below the burner. There is no provision of gasket or any other means to avoid this. Glen should design the product correctly so that with looks it can also function properly.

I have taken stainless steel 4 burner auto ignition glen stove. It’s too expensive. If need in less price you can go with glass model, it is also good in low price.

Design is wonderful and steel durability is a peace of mind !! Making kitchen beautiful with glass top is playing with life ….it may happen once in thousand cases but that one could be anyone !!! I recommend this for safety over beauty

Good Quality. Easy to use and maintain. Value for money. Looks stunning. Battery operated ignition. Need to pay extra amount to the technician to fit the gas pipe, which could be self accomplished.
Delivery was complicated though.
