I got this a month back, and from the time I am seeing, it flushes out the fire fiercely for 2 inches outside of the glass top as if it is going to blast. Though they say it does not blast, it can easily make your cloth catch fire, and it happens without your knowledge. On a positive side, the support people came thrice to fix the issue. However, they could not. I don’t mind going for another glass top, but I want to give the feedback to Glenn that none of the support people can fix the issue. They should either replace that problematic part or send a support person who really can fix it.
By the way, I got Glenn Chimney as well, and from Day-5, the bulb is not working, and they are still planning to replace it, and now I lost the trust in them. Finally, they are blaming Amazon for both issues.
