The media could not be loaded.
Have been using Faber made in Italy which was excellent quality no issues but this one made in india is of very cheap quality the lighter switch is not working from day 1 if you press it the switch goes inside and the spark cannot light the fire now the gas is leaking from below the burner and the flame is going down. Don’t waste money on this.

It’s great product, important is it used less gas.
Before this we used to run out of gas cylinders in 35 days but now it takes 45 days.

The Last two burners which are distant from Gas knob is not instantly catch ignition. Its take time Or one of the front burner has to be on first. This is a product design defect I belief. However there is no customer care service. In fact FABER company doesn’t care for the customer as they already earned a brand name , So be cautious before choosing this brand. They don’t send any service technician to install / take a hands on physical review.
I’ve purchased the product on 22nd Sept and faced this much so far, yet to user for a long time to get its’ actual feedback. My last Gas stove 3 burner, auto ignition from ‘ GILMA ‘ has served 18years without a single issue in its’ duration.

Looks good I am using for 25 day but the medium burner nob is become hard also the auto Ignatian button is not operating as it was when brought this is happening within 25 days of buying the product I had got a call from the teciation after 10 day for installation when I said I have already done that he said warranty will be voided who is going to wait for 10 days after buying the product Faber should be quick in this s case hence forth I am not going to buy Faber items in fucture

Don’t buy this product. We had purchased auto ignition burner, but auto ignition mode hardly works. Knob of auto ignition is not good it’s broken and have to manually iginite the burners. From the start for one of the burner always had to use lighter to ignite it. Had complained multiple times to Faber from the very 1st week when we received this product, also we followed up multiple times when the consultant is coming to check the same, but no one had visited. Pathetic product and pathetic customer service. Don’t don’t purchase this product just because of the brand name.

Installed and tried out.. Auto Ignition… which can’t be called so because you need to press a button as well simultaneously on opening the Gas is ok on 2 burners but intermittent and sometimes comes with a bang with the big burner..
We had to use external lighter to be on the safer side.. This need to be attended to… Shall request Service
