The cooktop is good however I was very disappointed with the delivery. The thermocol inside the box was broken from the top and the loose brass burners were scattered all around. Also one of the utensil support had a broken pin. We have PNG pipeline supply so had to call Faber customer care and get the nozzle size increased. They charged INR200.

The media could not be loaded.
Its good works well. Had to pay extra for installing it for a png connection, that’s ok. You will have to be very careful.
Use soft cloths to clean the stove.
Very Important-Let it cool after cooking, Do Not clean directly after cooking or the glass will crack.
It all for the looks , old products are meant to last new for the looks. Be gentle and smart and it will be ok.
