I have purchased a Faber hob, it is of very good quality and its flame is very good for Indian cooking, suitable finished glass and flame flaming and spilling, I recommend this hob, so everyone, you can also check this hob and this one is a good Brand and Good Quality. There is a little problem in manufacturing, we also understand, but I would like to advise you on Kitchen Appliances. If you go to buy something, please check it physically. Thank you so much

The glass under the frequently used burner tints and may chip off. I am facing the same issue again even after replacing the glass once.

Purchased faber hob few months ago,and at the time of instalation it didn’t worked,as per the faber’s registered technician it has manufacturing defect I,e generator not functioning. After that I called faber care on 1st Nov 2024,they assured me that your issue will be solved in 14 days but Today on 28 Nov as I’m writing this review MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED YET…

Product and their service center – both are bad.
The service in Calicut city has been rather poor. The technicians don’t seem to be skilled to handle such latest stuff. The starter knob was not functioning properly, the technician came and checked and then said he has reported to the company for a replacement starter. After a week the technician came with the replacement but he couldn’t even unscrew the starter due to lack of appropriate tools. He said it needs to be taken to the service center but since he is on a scooter I will have to take it to the service center. I did that. Few days later I went and brought it back. Now there is a gas leak from the starter Knob. While using suddenly there was flames coming from under the Knobs. Reported the problem again… the same technician comes each time. I have serious doubts about the skills of their technicians. Faber needs to improve their product and also their service partners especially the partners they have in Calicut. It’s been just around 7 months and already 4 service calls have happened…
don’t buy from Amazon –
I have purchased a Magiclift hob from myG store Thrissur on 19th March 25 and the same has been installed at my residence, but on unboxing it is observed some bend in the corner. After installation, also noticed that the product is not perfectly seated on the granite due to bend in the middle portion, and not attended till today as assured by the team.

Highly disappointed with the battery-ignition.
The Liftable Burners are the best though.
