The hob isn’t designed very well. Frequently the gas valve gets clogged, then flame burns very slowly. So takes much longer for food to be cooked & all utensils get black because of soot. This partial burning of gas releases carbon monoxide and is very unhealthy for the person cooking also. As an added disadvantage gas cylinder also runs out quickly.
Customer service of faber is the worst i have ever faced. First they didn’t install the product so i had to do the installation myself locally. Later they didn’t honor the warranty saying product is not installed by them.
Even when i told i will pay for the service, they just came, acted like they are checking something & went with out doing anything. Moreover i had to pay 700 rs as charges for the visit.
The whole thing is a scam, selling the product for cheap and harassing people for service. I should have gone with some known brands. Even though purchase cost would have been higher, at least the product and service would have been better.
If anyone still wants to buy it, they can buy mine for 70% off. I will even ship it to you.

Review after a month of usage
prduct design is good. My previous gas stove took lot of time to cook but this we can cook in less time. The glass gets heated if you place bigger utencils. So make sure you use the right one. Faber charged 400 rs for installation in Hyderabad.

It is a good experience. 400 rs charges for the installation. 30 rs charges per clip.

Mr.Deepan Raj, attended to fix the Chimney and Hob. He has a good experience in attending and completing the fixing. Approachable for immediate call. He also guided our carpenter how to cut and fix the tile. Overall it went very smoothly.
