Writing this review after 1.5 years. Got block in one out of 4 burner after using 1.5 years. Got service free cleanup. No other problem till date going good.
Edit: After 3.5 years. Got rest in trivet & drip plate form dust inside burner leads to replacement cost 2.5K. Not recommended for long term.

Wonderful product till now. Bought it on 13 January 2021…sturdy..stylish…don’t go by glass breakage or plastic burn smell…every new stove has that smell…and glass break because of user fault…i am using it for 6 month and satisfied..although i bought it bit costly @ 7500

Hi, there is no option for “0” so called stars I guess. Writing this review after 5 months of receipt of the entity.
Cons:
1. Gas consumption would be so high as you know there are 4 burner.
2. On/off switch worst case scenario as the gas flow remains on even if the switches are put off.
3. Call center service I called on Faber customer service it was ringing and no-one responded for 30 mins so I called on next day the IVR said you have dialled a wrong number.
4. I have mailed Faber and lodged a complaint aaah no response.
Dude if your wife wanna ruin your hard earned money warn her and girls please don’t waste your companions money on this shiny look (Instead cook on chula).
Note:- It had happened with me it may not happen with you trade your risk with risk management.

One of the best stoves to buy. Looks really classy with all black finish.

The day it was delivered it had some small problems like regulator not moving smoothly and etc. We thought eventually it will get fixed itself because its new. But after One month of use, the regulator sparked fire in the sense that the gas was leaking from the regulator that caused to spark fire.
We called the service centre’s toll-free number, no one picked up. Then called the number which Amazon gave of Manufacturing Unit, no response from their side.
Overall Faber’s after-sales service is pathetic. You will, at the end, end up with a defective product which can’t be replaced but only serviced. But Servicing the defective product is no sense in anyway. Your money will get blocked by this mess.
So, FABER has worse after-sales service with bad product. Please never buy any of FABER products.
